A two layer hosiery kit – 40 mmHg
The Altipress 40 leg ulcer hosiery kit offers a practical alternative to bulky bandage systems. Altipress 40 is particularly suitable for people who need to stay on the move because it is discrete and comfortable, and offers the user the possibility of wearing their regular footwear.
The kit has guaranteed compression levels ‘built in’ to the hosiery therefore, where appropriate, it can be applied by the patients themselves offering a level of independence.
The flexibility, practicality and comfort of Altipress 40 also encourages compliance and mobility which in turn helps the healing process.
Altipress 40 is available on FP10 prescription as a two layer hosiery kit and Latex FREE.
Each kit contains:
2 x Altipress white inner stockings (10 mmHg)
1 x Altipress outer stocking (30 mmH)
A 10 mmHg Hosiery liner pack is also available on FP10 and can be ordered separately. Each liner pack contains: 3 x Altipress inner liner stockings
(Available in White and Beige).
